Junior Achievement of New Jersey’s (JANJ’s) mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. It is JANJ’s vision to inspire and prepare NJ youth to be the next generation of leaders through real world relationships with business, government, and education partners who can help them develop the entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills to succeed in the global economy.
