Mission
Homes with Hope is a Westport-based organization dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness in Fairfield County by providing emergency shelter, supportive housing, rapid re-housing, diversion services, a community kitchen, food pantry, youth development programs, and mentoring.
About
Emergency shelter for men and women, young women aged 18-24 and women with children. Located in the downtown Westport shelter is a community kitchen and food pantry. Case management services are provided for the clients in the emergency shelters.
