About this organization
Mission
Our mission is to build homes, communities and hope. We partner with families earning 30-60 percent of area median income who come from all walks of life, helping to build and repair affordable homes in 42 Massachusetts cities and towns of Worcester and Middlesex counties. Partner families may not qualify for other mortgage programs, may be experiencing living conditions that are too small for the family size or are unsafe. These challenges have lasting impacts on many aspects of living, such as having enough resources left over for food, healthcare and other basic necessities. Partner families contribute 400-500 hours of sweat equity helping to build an affordable home as well as participating in homeowner readiness training.

The organization continued construction on several homes. Qualified buyers have incomes between 30% and 60% of the median family income for the area.
