Mission: The Southwest Council is a private non-profit dedicated to providing drug, alcohol, and tobacco prevention, information and intervention services to the counties of Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem. The Southwest Council seeks to improve the health and welfare of the residents of NJ by increasing their awareness and knowledge of substance abuse and the use of illegal substances through the strengthening of communities, schools, businesses and families.
