Calvary Fellowship Homes operates a continuing care retirement community providing housing, health care and other related services to senior adults through the operations of a skilled nursing facility that is certified by Medicare and Medicaid, a personal care facility that includes a memory loss area and independent living units. For the year ending 6/30/19, there were 14,891 nursing days with 91% occupancy and 13,026 personal care days with 93% occupancy. The organization also provides care to residents who meet certain criteria at amounts less than established rates.
