The Central Susquehanna Community Foundation (CSCF) serves Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Union and Lower Luzerne counties. CSCF has 261 funds, including funds without donor restrictions, field of interest, donor-advised, agency endowment, charitable gift annuity and scholarship funds. In 2018, the foundation continued to develop funds without donor restrictions that will allow grants to be made throughout the service area.
