The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any corresponding provision or provisions of subsequent superseding federal revenue laws (the 'Code'). In furtherance of such purposes, the corporation shall (i) educate students, local media artists and technicians with seminars, business and technical training, while providing fiscal sponsorship opportunities to help aspiring and experienced film professionals; (ii) coordinate on behalf of the city of Philadelphia and its governmental departments film making projects within the city of Philadelphia; and (iii) on behalf of the city of Philadelphia and other local governments, promote the region as a film making locality in order to enhance employment opportunities and the image of the region.
