About

The 2018/19 season marked the Phoenix Chorale's 60th anniversary with five guest conductors, new and expanded outreach events, and the conclusion of our two-year-long artistic director search. Christopher Gabbitas was announced and appointed artistic director in May 2019. This special anniversary year offered a variety of opportunities to broaden and diversify participation in our programming through a lecture series, masterclasses, youth choir festivals, broadcasting programs, and more.
