About
Colonial Club provided 2,322 hours of case management services to 269 different clients. Also, 17,158 hours of care were provided to 48 people utilizing the adult day center, and 3,810 hours of supportive home care services were provided to 76 clients, and about 40,485 miles were provided by our transportation services.
