From two locations in the Los Angeles Harbor area, the organization provides no cost to low cost medical care to individuals and their families who do not have access to any other medical care. The majority of its patients are the working poor: people who are employed but whose employment does not provide medical insurance. Services include quality primary medical care, mental health counseling, and other social services through its medical and pediatric clinics in the Harbor area of Greater Los Angeles. The organization currently operates as an approved federally qualified health center. The organization serviced approximately 25,000 patient visits during fiscal 2019.
