To provide emergency medical service within the town of Salisbury and/or primary service area(psa) assigned by the office of emergency medical services(oems) to provide ambulance transportation of a non-emergency nature to and from medical facilities for the residents of Salisbury and/or the psa assigned by the oems. To provide emergency medical training and ambulance education to provide supportive emergency medical service in neighboring towns.
