Behavioral health care - The behavioral health care services division includes mental health counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, case management for older adults, sober livinghouses for women, residential treatment and supportive housing for seriously mentally ill adults, crisis counseling, home based services services for first offender youth, emergency foster care for status offender youth, drinking driver programs, and drug diversion classes.
