On March 18, 2014 Maranatha Bible Church donated its church building and property to the Tampa Bay Baptist Foundation. The foundation recorded this asset and the charitable contribution it received of $289,416 on its books at the market value according to the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser. On December 10, 2018 the Christian Outreach Ministry of Ruskin, Inc. paid the foundation $80,000 for the property. The foundation recorded the $80,000 sale and contribution given to the Christian Outreach Ministry of Ruskin, Inc. of $179,264 so it can continue the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
