Mission

The Telluride Film Festival is an international educational event celebrating the art of film. It exists to provide a stimulating annual gathering in which students, attendees and creators of cinema come together to see and discuss the most extraordinary work of the past and present. Objectives: fostering an understanding of film, providing a festive atmosphere for its presentation, creating a place of connection for filmmakers to share ideas and develop professional relationships, providing a seminal experience for film programmers, heralding lost masterpieces and promoting the discovery of new cinematic trends.
