The First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania works to improve the quality of life in north central Pennsylvania through community leadership, the promotion of philanthropy, the strengthening of nonprofit impact and the perpetual stewardship of charitable assets. We guide the philanthropic gifts of donors by investing and administering funds to charitable programs and purposes via grants, scholarships, endowments and more. While our efforts are focused in Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union Counties, we also reach into Bradford, Clinton, Columbia, Potter, Sullivan and Tioga Counties through donors and their geographic area funds and scholarships.
