Thrivewell's Diva&Dude program provides exercise, nutrition and wellness classes to cancer patients and survivors in San Antonio and Bexar County. Research shows that women and men who exercise, follow a healthy diet and adhere to their recommended hormonal or chemotherapy, have a reduction in cancer mortality by up to 50%.
