About

Housing for people who have experienced homelessness- CHF provides low income transitional and permanent housing to people who have experienced homelessness. We have two properties, Van Buren House and Partners Place which offer 31 units of apartment-style and SRO housing. Residents pay rent based on their income. Last fiscal year we served 35 people in housing.
