The corporation is organized exclusively for religious charitable, educational or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3). In accomplishment of these purposes, the corporation raises funds for and otherwise supports Hellenic College and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology (the 'supported organization'). The supported organization is an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) by virtue of being an organization described in section 501(c)(3) that is other than a private foundation within the meaning of section 509(a) because it is an organization described in section 170(b)(1)(a).
