About
Responsible for the transfer of developmentally disabled persons from state institutions to community group homes. Individualized habilitation and behavior support plans for these clients were generated and implemented. Community living arrangements were designed and opened for 178 special-needs individuals residing in community group homes. These individuals are being integrated into the community in order to enjoy active, productive lives.
