In 2019 the ACC provided services or on-going classes to 10,612 low-income individuals in Aurora. ACC offers 22 different programs, each focusing on increased access to health or education. Education programs include after-school tutoring, early childhood education, adult English as a second language classes, citizenship prep classes, parent leadership development classes as well as parenting support classes. Health access programs include Zumba classes, soccer programs, youth dance and exercise programs, diabetes prevention classes, cooking and nutrition classes as well as support for obtaining public or private health insurance. ACC also provides support for accessing other resources in our community.
