The organization will hold a banquet once a year to honor outstanding graduating high school seniors who both: (a) are presently enrolled at an accredited public, parochial or private high school within the boundaries of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana and (b) have met the standards established from time-to-time by the board of directors of the corporation.
