We have successfully completed 46 flights for WW II, Korean and Vietnam veterans to visit Washington D.C. since 2008, at no cost to the veterans. The purpose of the visits has been to view the Memorials that have been built as tributes to our veterans. Many of these veterans are quite old and feeble. We have guardians accompany these veterans, approximately 60 on each flight. These guardians are volunteers and are not paid for their services. We completed 4 flights in 2018. We've had approximately 4,400 veterans in total and 2,700 guardians (volunteers) in total on the 46 flights. We anticipate continuing to honor our veterans from WW II, Korea, and Vietnam in 2019 and future years. As long as we are able to raise the funds necessary, we will continue this service to our veterans.
