'The purpose of the corporation is to establish, maintain, and operate a nonprofit organization of individuals and entities who share a common interest and experience in family owned business in order to: i. Promote the development of creative ideas, services, and products to further serve the family owned business; ii. Foster and facilitate the exchange of information regarding the family owned business; iii. Advance the organized and professional delivery of services and products to the family owned business; iv. Encourage the development of knowledge and expertise in matters relative to the family owned business through seminars, papers, newsletters, award programs and other means; v. Assist its members in connection with their products and services to the family-owned business through advertising, representation at trade shows, intra-network referrals and other means; vi. Disseminate information to improve or develop member's capabilities with respect to professional care
