Providing housing for independent seniors, 55 and older, in a Christian living environment. Our units were open for residents on December 1, 2010. Expenses are for operating the facility and marketing remaining units. In January 2018, we opened Phase II, larger 2-bedroom units. Costs of this expansion are included on the assets of the balance sheet.
