CIVIL RIGHTS SERVICES WORK WITH MEMBERS TO DECREASE CIVIL RIGHTS ABUSES BY LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND DECREASE UNNECESSARY DETENTION AND DEPORTATION OF IMMIGRANTS.
