About
As we enter our 16th season of providing world-class performing arts and educational outreach opportunities for our under-served valley communities, the Bitterroot Performing Arts Council (BPAC) is working hard to expand and broaden our scope and community reach. Our ongoing mission is to educate, enlighten, entertain and inspire by presenting six world class, diverse performances and educational experiences utilizing world-class performing artists from around the globe. This season, we are presenting jazz, americana, world guitar, singer/songwriter Rita Coolidge, classical and bluegrass performances. Our educational outreaches have been expanding to include students of all ages and demographics as we bring our artists into local schools and also partner with health and wellness programs. We believe the performing arts have the ability to help unite our community, build energy and create lasting memories. We also are able to help build community good will as our visiting artists and out-of-town guests contribute to our local businesses and economy.
