MISSION: RESTORE IS A US BASED 501C3 GLOBAL HEALTH NON-PROFIT THAT SPECIALIZES IN RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY AND PROVIDES TRAINING TO SURGEONS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES THROUGH HANDS-ON TRAINING, EDUCATIONAL GRANTS, REGIONAL TRAININGS AND TELEMEDICINE. OUR CORE PROGRAMS TAKE AN INTEGRATED APPROACH TO PROVIDING SKILLS TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO A LARGE SUPPORT NETWORK OF SURGEONS, WHICH KEEPS SURGEONS ENGAGED AND LEARNING NEW TECHNIQUES. WE ESTIMATE THAT THESE SURGEONS COLLECTIVELY PERFORMED OVER 40,000 SURGERIES IN 2018 USING NEW AND IMPROVED SKILLS TAUGHT BY MISSION: RESTORE. THESE SURGERIES HAD A VALUE OF MORE THAN $200 MILLION.
