Education and training in developing countries with the Exxon Mobil Foundation: The Women's Initiative funded by the ExxonMobil Foundation provides supplier development and training for women-owned businesses in developing countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This program focuses on the outreach, education and training required to help ensure that the women owned business owners who participate have the knowledge and the networks they need to start to compete for larger business opportunities.
