Development of a public resource center to further energy and lighting efficiency in the built environment. Development and delivery of programs, training, and events that educate and encourage the adoption of energy and lighting efficiency technologies and best practices. Grants used for educational program development and delivery; research on energy efficiency opportunities and technologies; design and fabrication of exhibits on energy effective lighting; resource center leasehold improvement design and construction.
