To operate a fellow program that provides internships and enrichment opportunities for young people that are designed to promote understanding related to the integration of faith and values with leadership responsibilities. To provide education on the life and teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.

The program emphasizes that all work is sacred, while recognizing that leadership in the secular marketplace too often is disconnected from spiritual values. It is designed to teach fellows to integrate their faith and secular leadership responsibilities in a manner that is true to their faith and winsome to their coworkers and their organizations stakeholders.
