Jail to Jobs empowers youthful offenders across Texas to help them find purpose, personal growth and achievement. Our goal is to break the cycle of incarceration and help juveniles embrace the second chance they've been given in a positive way. Our workforce development program focuses on a holistic approach with each individual we serve. We currently serve Central Texas, with hopes of expanding state-wide.
