Manchester Public Television, Inc. (MPTS), is a not-for-profit community media center providing televised coverage of municipal government and school events to inform and educate the viewers. MPTS is also a public forum for all Manchester residents, groups and organizations, providing training and access to television technology so that all may become active participants in local dialogue via televised media.
