- In janaury 2015 jubliee partners association founded jubliee academy. the academy is a tuition free,private school designed to assist struggling, at-risk, youth develop academic and life skills. the school began in janaury 2015 with 9 students, ages thruogh 11. the second semester, the academy expanded to 23 student, ages 4-17. the school is founded on christian principles and teachers proper behaviors while concerntrating on the core academic subjects or reading, writing, math and science.
