Mission
Cafe is a faith based non profit community organization with the purpose of training and organizing low and moderate income families to shape public policy.
About
Nm Caf elevates issues of public policy by putting stories of those directly impacted, at the center. These issues consist of policies related to climate justice, a moral economy, and ending mass incarceration. Through these pathways, Caf has worked with the community to advocate on for a higher statewide minimum wage, moving New Mexico towards 100% carbon free, and ending the use of private prisons in the state.
