About

CATCH was created in 2010 to end homelessness in the Treasure Valley for families with children. CATCH uses the model of Housing First to serve families by supporting their movement into safe and stable housing with a lease in their name. Once a family is stably housed, CATCH assists with rental supplements and intensive case management to ensure the families remain stably housed long-term. Re-housing families in Ada and Canyon Counties in Idaho: CATCH provides funding support to temporarily cover housing expenses, such as application fees, security deposits, rents and utilities as families relocate out of emergency housing shelters and into permanent housing. Additional services provided include case management, household items, transportation assistance, savings account match-funding, moving assistance, vocational rehabilitation and other service referrals, when appropriate. CATCH has historically maintained a rate of over 80% of families who have graduated from the program and remain stably housed. In 2018, CATCH graduated XXX families, representing XXX individuals.
