About
The organization supported its 118-country member network around the world in setting up and/or maintaining their own organization to administer Junior Achievement programs. JA Worldwide is responsible for global fundraising, brand protection/promotion, quality assurance and standards under the member agreement signed by all JA members. In celebration of JA centennial, the organization sponsored for the first time ever, a global youth forum and a global alumni conference which brought together like-minded youth/alumni from around the world in community to learn, inspire and grow entrepreneurial and leadership skills. In 2019, JA Worldwide was recognized by NGO advisors as a top NGO, placing 7th among the list of 500 not-for-profits. JA Worldwide's members reached 11.9 million elementary through post-secondary students powered by 473,301 volunteers for the year ended June 30, 2019.
