ANY DESIGNATED DONATION IS COMMUNICATED TO THE MINISTRY DIRECTOR OF YWAM INDORE AND USED IN THEIR BEST ABILITY FOR THE INTENDED PROJECT. WE RECEIVE A YEARLY REPORT FROM THE CHIEF FUNCTIONARY YWAM INTL. IT IS ALSO OUR GOAL TO HAVE ONE OR MORE MEMBERS OF OUR BOARD VISIT THE MINISTRY IN INDIA IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS.

THREE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: CHILDREN SCHOOL EDUCATION PROGRAM: PROVIDING A SCHOOL FOR 71 CHILDREN AT AMBAMOYLIYA SLUM OF INDORE WHO DID NOT HAVE ANY PROPER EDUCATION BEFORE. THE PROGRAM IS IN ITS 3RD YEAR AND HAS RECEIVED ITS AFFILIATION. ALSO PROVIDING SCHOOL EDUCATION TO OVER 165 CHILDREN OF NATH MOHALLA SLUM IN INDORE CITY. THE PEOPLE IN THIS COMMUNITY, CALLED THE SNAKE CHARMERS AND PARDI, ARE VERY DESTITUTE.OVER 470 CHILDREN IN OTHER SLUMS AND VILLAGES RECEIVED TEXT BOOKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. THE INITIATIVE WAS TAKEN TO PAY THE MONTHLY SCHOOL FEE FOR 120 CHILDREN FROM THE TEJAJI NAGAR SLUM WHOSE FAMILIES LIVE IN HUTS WHICH LACK BASIC AMENITIES.HEALTH CHECKUP AND MEDICINE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM: SURVEYS WERE CONDUCTED IN EIGHT VILLAGES AND SLUMS. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT MOST OF THE WOMEN IN THESE COMMUNITIES WERE UNAWARE OF RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS THAT MIGHT OCCUR DURING PRE-NATAL, PREGNANCY, POST PREGNANCY. FREE MEDICAL CAMPS WERE CONDUCTED AND THE NECESSARY ITEMS SUCH AS FOLIC ACID, VITAMINS, IRON TABLETS, DEWORMING PILLS WERE DISTRIBUTED. FOOD PACKETS WERE ALSO GIVEN TO PREGNANT AND NEW MOTHERS. THE PROGRAM BENEFITED APPROX. 2500 PEOPLE.CLEAN WATER PROJECT: COMMUNITIES IN INDORE, MANDSAUR AND RATLAM WERE HELPLESS WITH REGARD TO DRINKING WATER. THROUGH THE MINISTRY WATER WELLS AND TANKS WERE PROVIDED SERVING 4500 PEOPLE.
