The annual mvci conference, in cooperation with diap and epic, will benefit all law enforcement officials involved in the apprehension and prosecution of criminals on our nation's highways. More specifically, highly motivated commercial vehicle enforcement personnel, criminal interdiction officers, patrol supervisors, investigators, and intelligence officers. Mvci's intelligence objective is to facilitate a comprehensive and secure intelligence network which allows for successful apprehension and prosecution of criminals traversing our nation's roadways. Mvci's training objective is to provide all (continued on schedule o) law enforcement personnel (officers, prosecutors, and analysts) from all levels of law enforcement (local, state, and federal) with a nexus to the most innovative criminal interdiction concepts through specialized training provided by the best instructors from across north america. These instructors will include current and certified diap instructors.
