Dogs to Vets: Clear Path for Veterans offers the Dogs2Vets training program and provides the following elements: I. Harley's Heroes companion dog training program for veterans. This curriculum is taught in small group classes over a period of six months. II. K-9 Mingle is an optional companion program that offers dog training for owners with pet dogs and is open to friends, family members, and community members. III. Dogs2Vets service dog training program is only available to veterans with a diagnosis of PTSD, MST or TBI and is offered in conjunction with continuing medical and behavioral treatment. Service dog training is focused on the tasks the dog must learn to help mitigate the veterans' symptoms and prevent incidents.
