Mission
The mission of the Truckee River United Futbol Club is to provide year-round, highly competitive soccer programs designed to enhance the development of soccer as a sport and culture; promote a positive soccer environment where sportsmanship and teamwork is highly valued; provide premier-level coaching and training opportunities; and improve each player's ability by training them to their fullest potential.
About
The Sierra Mountain Soccer Club has effectively encouraged and positively influenced the development of competitive youth soccer in the Tahoe-Truckee region. The program will have 165 players in the fall and will have approximately 220 players in the spring from the Tahoe-Truckee and Reno area. The coaching staff includes 5 paid individuals who are certified at the a, b, c, d and f training levels. The club hosts two soccer tournaments that brought over 10,000 attendees to the community during June and September 2018.
