AGING AND CAREGIVER SERVICES DEPARTMENT: Our programs and services improve the quality of life of people 60 and over. They include:-Geriatric Care Management that helps older adults age in safe, secure environments with the best possible physical and mental health, food security and financial stability. JFS care managers assess need; plan care; and implement care plans, to meet clients' health and human service needs.-CareLinkTM: A fee-for-service care management program that provides Aging Life Care and Geriatric Care Management services to assist older adults and their loved ones with managing the challenges of growing older.-Center for Holocaust Survivors: Serves Holocaust Survivors in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton by managing restitution benefits from the German Government and connecting survivors with health care, non-medical home care and therapeutic socialization activities.
