Umadaop operating grant project-community based services to promote the positive well being of families and individuals in the greater Cincinnati area. The Umadaop project philosophy to service delivery is that substance abuse is best prevented and treated when the cultural dynamics of the group being targeted are addressed in the process of education, recovery and after care.
