Programs include: home repair/home modification (neighbor care) offers year round support; seasonal maintenance and safety (seasonal safe@home) for each season we have a specific initiative - spring is national rebuilding day - one day each year volunteers come together and rehab homes and community facilities and revitalize Dayton communities; summer is seasonal revitalization projects in our targeted areas; fall is heat the town for furnace clean and tunes, repairs, replacements and water heater replacements; and winter is falls prevention and fire safety projects. 1,215 volunteers provided 641 repairs on 133 homes for 190 residents.
