Mission
Promote neighborhood swim teams through a formal, ongoing organization, to promote the type of competition that has as its primary goal, the safe teaching of swimming, the improvement of each swimmer's self esteem and to promote fair play and enrich relationships between local neighborhoods.
About
This 2,000 grant is 4 500 scholarships which are awarded each year to a male and female swimmer who have graduated in the current year and have swam for the league for at least 2 years. They are selected by entering an essay discussing how the Irvine Swim League has impacted their personal growth and development.
