California Ocean Protection Grant used to 1)plan and facilitate a Marine Protected Area Collaborative Network Statewide Forum and MOU between the State, MPA Collaborative Network and Collaboratives, and partners; and 2)help create and administer a grants program and provide one round funding to 14 entities that make up the Marine Protected Area Collaborative Network.
