Mission
The organization provides support to abandoned and disabled children in China. The organization exists to help vulnerable children, youth and families in China by raising awareness, funding and recruiting volunteers to help serve this population. The organizations exists to support this work of International China Concern as a network office.

Provide funding to ICC care centers in China that provide nutrition, education, therapy, life skills and vocational training to children, youth who have experienced abandonment and are now living in ICC care centers. The organization also provide social work, therapy, education, vocational training and community support to vulnerable families who have children with disabilities.
