Predisan serves the communities of Olancho Province, Honduras with community-based primary healthcare and specialty care through a network of facilities that include the Good Samaritan Medical Center, the Cerepa Substance Abuse Center, the Culmi Birthing Center and rural health clinics. In 2018, Predisan served over 227,000 patient encounters and delivered over 470 babies. Predisan partners with communities to address the health and nutritional needs of school children, serving over 55 schools and over 1,000 students. Full-time chaplains minister remote communities. Nearly 10,100 pastoral visits and devotionals were provided, as well as over 1,800 counseling services. Volunteers provided specialty medical care and built over 40 latrines, completed a water well project, community water project and remodeled the health center in Buena Vista, Olancho, Honduras.
