The Pasaporte a la Educacion / Passport to Education Initiative of the VAHCCF's objective is to keep Hispanic students on the path to higher education / skill sets certification. The VAHCCF serviced 1,443 students through bilingual leadership mentoring programs in elementary, middle, and high schools; bilingual web portal and radio programs, bilingual workshops, family events and field trip excursions, along with academic scholarships - all key components of the Foundation's strategy to create the next generation of Latino leaders who will enter the workforce.
