Mission

The mission of Junior Achievement (JA) is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. JA’s programs – in the core content areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy – ignite the spark in young people to experience and realize the opportunities of work and life in the 21st century. Each JA program, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, is delivered by a trained, dedicated volunteer who brings the curriculum to the students in their classroom, at no cost to the schools. We strive to continue to improve the quality of life in our communities by giving our young people the confidence, tools and motivation to achieve their personal, educational and career goals.
