The RAP Foundation provides funding, oversight, technical assistance and guidance to nonprofit community based organizations or collaborative groups, and other tax exempt agencies which serve the populations of eastern Riverside County in the areas of health, mental health and juvenile interventions.

Grant allocations to other exempt entities under this program, the foundation provides cash grants to qualified tax exempt entities that provide health, mental health, or juvenile intervention services to residents of eastern Riverside County. These cash grants are funded annually from the tax increment funding received under agreement with the county of Riverside.
